Use fishing line to get it started and then just pull it off! Your paint will be fine, use goo off or similar to get residue off and there you are!
Don't use goof off! It will strip your clear coat! Only use goo gone.

Paint fade is the reason I haven't done mine yet. I have an 05 and I'm worried I'll have two big racing stripes down my door. I'm going to pull off one of the smaller badges first and see what the paint difference is like.

I do like the way they look without the side molding, we'll see.

Paint fade is my reason too. Or else I would have done it also.....What I did was get a heat gun, & fishing line, then took a cleaner wax, buffed out, to make sure it didn't leave a ghost effect, but that was only for the badges.
