i might be wrong on this but you added 2x speakers so you halved the amount of power going to each. also, you cause a difference in the electrical impedance, therefore you did one of two things. 1. reduced the impedance even lower to cause more distortion or 2. increased the impedance reducing the power even further. :m2:

Do these tweeters have a crossover?

Gavin is right on one part if you don't have a crossover on them, it'll lower your impedance the amp sees.
Meaning you might have a 1 ohm load on those two channels. Which will end up being bad on the amp.

Hi Can I install another amp for a subwoofer in my TB ?

Hello
As I saw in this pics you have talent for improving audio performance
I install another power amp for a subwoofer in my last truck (00 Explorer) easily because there was a Pioneer cd Player with RCA subwoofer pre-out connectors, but the TB came with BOSE 6 cd player and I wonder if this system has the possibility (or have sub/pre/out connections) in order to perform the truck with an external subwoofer?
I would be glad If you show me if this is possible to do
Thanks a lot for your answer
If you have pics for installation, please let me know

Its very easy to add an external amp to the rear pre amp signal i will get you the pics soon for the two pre amp sound wires so you can just join the wires to your new custom & re amp your original cars
Cd player plus your cars originaly amplified sound but dont blow your windows hehe just joking.
