First of all I am dumb. I now know this. I bought some '17 Canyon wheels without making sure they'd fit. Then I bought some tires for said wheels. So like a bad comedy, you can imagine what happened when I tried installing them. FYI I can't return the tires.

So does an adapter exist that fits a smaller 6x120mm wheel on a 6x5" hub?

I think so, go to eBay and enter the numbers for both of the wheels and make sure you get the TB to Colorado numbers in correct order, voila'

Solved!

Talked to the manager today (not someone "that's above my pay grade") and he said as long as I didn't put any miles on the tires I can return them. So I'll have them pull the tires off the Canyon wheels and put new tires on my stock 16" wheels and all will be well again. Then I remember to never make that mistake again :bonk:

Well, that sounds like it is going to end well. I thought of something. You might email the people on ebay and see if they would custom make some for you? It would just be a matter of drilling the holes in the correct orientation. But you got it figured out another way.
