I traded my 03 TB in for an 08 and want to install bug deflector. I put on a AVS Bugflector II but am concerned about fit. Looks like it might rub on top of headlights and grill, also seems like it wouldn't take much wind or vibration for it to be hitting the hood and fenders. Any experience with these? Any others? maybe Lund Interceptor II (seems like it's getting hard to find though) or the GM one. The AVS one was about $44.00 locally.
Thanks

I do wonder if the AVS I got is a little off, the holes didn't line up just right, I had to push it a little and even if I crank the screws as tight as I dare without cracking it there's a little play on the outer edges, where the mounting flange on the shield goes under the hood. If I decide to keep it I might drill another hole in the outer mounts. Any play in the others you guys mention or are they nice and tight? I had a Lund on an old blazer and don't remember any play in it after mounting.
