I would imagine it would have to do with your drl killer, not sending the signal to the fogs. Have you tried removing the drl killer and doing "the capacitor" mod?
this seems to be the problems in Trailvoy's from years '02-'06.. even in the SS platform... some have said its a grounding issue, and some just put up with just manually turning the switch... something to do with the Auto Headlight feature in the earlier years.. like my friend (who is also a memeber on here) has an '03 Voy.. and his Auto Headlight function kicks his headlights on the minute the he starts cranking the Voy.. where as my brother in his '07 LT, and me in my '07 SS our Auto Headlights only kick on when the truck is engaged into gear..and not when we are cranking the engine over..there for providing full power the ballasts since the truck is already running.I have 8000k low beams with relay that run perfectly. I have a DRL killer.
I just installed new Fog lights and have 6000k HID in them with a relay.
The Low beams are turned on via the signal from my left factory headlight. My fogs are turned on via the signal from my right factory headlight.
The Problem: When I turn on my car. My left fog light doesn't come one but all others do. If I turn the switch manually for my lights to come on, then all of my lights turn on and remain on.
Question: What could cause my left fog not to come on with the rest but still operate when manually turned on?![]()

I have mine setup the same way. Auto quad lows and fogs, is the result.this seems to be the problems in Trailvoy's from years '02-'06.. even in the SS platform... some have said its a grounding issue, and some just put up with just manually turning the switch... something to do with the Auto Headlight feature in the earlier years.. like my friend (who is also a memeber on here) has an '03 Voy.. and his Auto Headlight function kicks his headlights on the minute the he starts cranking the Voy.. where as my brother in his '07 LT, and me in my '07 SS our Auto Headlights only kick on when the truck is engaged into gear..and not when we are cranking the engine over..there for providing full power the ballasts since the truck is already running.
but on a side note.. why did you put a relay to your fogs? they arent neccesary.. have you tried taking the realy off and just directly hooking your fogs to the hid's and turning them on with the button next to your headlight switch?
Umm,... They are used to do the opposites of each otherI have the same problem with the drivers side driving light and asked this question before with no response.Tries switching switch back and forth(some times it works and sometimes not).wish I knew how to fix it!I have the cap mod(I thought that's the DRL killer) and quad mod too.
The cap mod allows your DRL's to run at 100% power, the Killer kills the DRL's completly.I have the cap mod(I thought that's the DRL killer) and quad mod too.
Oh ok,I thought the cap runs them at 100%(hence killing the DRL).The cap mod allows your DRL's to run at 100% power, the Killer kills the DRL's completly.
