Hello i have a 2008 trailblazer with the 4.2 6 cyc. 4x4

when i back up the ESP lights BOTH of them light up and the car will not come out of second gear until i cut the car off and restart it to get the ESP lights to go off...

so i had the codes pulled as follows

C0040 Right Front Wheel Speed Sensor Circuit Fault
C0455 Steering Wheel position Sensor Fault
C0196 Yaw Rate Circuit Fault
C0244 PWM Deilivered torque fault
*** i did clear the codes*** not sure if they came back because of using someone else's Snap-on scan tool.... so i will be until to check them again***

I was going to change out the right front wheel speed sensor to see if the other faults cleared but i got to thinking i may have control module going bad with this many issues with the ESP

but what i am not sure about is the fact it is not listing other Wheel Speed Sensors, or any other ESP sensor

i have NO Abs faults or Transmission Faults

Any ideas guys and gals? :grouphug:

When you change that speed sensor, make sure to clean the mounting surface thoroughly. A build-up of dirt, rust and corrosion will make the sensor perform poorly.

The hubs are new... and the tone ring looked good. But I'll double check will the wheel speed sensor cause all of the esp errors I'm getting? By its self?..
