Because I have never seen one close up and off the engine, I cannot say if it is repairable. If I were in your shoes, I would go ahead and take if off and see if can be disassembled and cleaned up and "repaired" if necessary.

You can try flushing it, but if that doesn't work then you will need to replace it.
By the way, there are several versions of these valves. Be careful when ordering a new part.

You can try to repair it. If you can't, go online to see if there are second-hand ones that are cheaper.

Yep got it fixed just needed to dump in lots of AcDelco carburetor cleaner code is gone
car still stalls during mornings when its cold but starts right back up again

I just replaced mine a couple hours ago, it was still working but squeaking, when you look inside there’s a plunger and a shaft that goes up and down, there’s three Torx screws that hold it together. Whether it can be repaired or not I have no idea.
