Help 2002 trailblazer diconnected battery and cleaned throttle body and cam acutator behind power steering pump. Connected battery and SES and reduced power light came on and stayed on. drove and had codes read what is obdii code p1120 manufacturer controlled air/fuel metering mean. the only part not sure of is cam acutator had oil in wireing when disconnected and if is facing the correct way acutator has three small pieces of plastic facing the front of the truck.:confused:

Throttle body senser

Ok took t.b into shop on monday and the throttle body senser had went bad. Throtle body now replaced and can now cruise above 45mph.

Sorry we didn't have the answer for you.
I didn't clean mine yet and your post has me wondering;
Could the cleaning have messed the sensor up? (like I said - I didn't do mine yet and I don't even know where the sensor is!)
Did they replace the whole throttle body for a bad sensor?
