Welcome! You have somewhere between 4 and 8 speed sensors, measuring the RPM at each wheel, the transmission input, output and the transfer case output and maybe one other I forget.

Pics are hard to come by on the top of the transfer case, but there are exploded views available.

So why do you need to change one, and can you specify WHICH one?

Oh, the SPEEDOMETER. Much more likely the display is bad rather than a real speed sensor. A failed speed sensor would usually turn on the SES light and throw a code to tell you which one is bad.

You can send the cluster off for repair to vendors who advertise on Ebay, since it's almost certainly the stepper motor in the gauge cluster, or buy the parts cheaply on Ebay if you can solder.

Digital display wasn't an option. But the message from the PCM to the gauge cluster is digital, to change the angle on a stepper motor behind the needle.

If you solder - read the "how to" article. If not, send it off to an Ebay repair vehdor. Whatever you do, don't let a dealer touch it! :nono:
