taking the lights out is probably the easiest way. on the pass side you have the air box in the way, and on the driver side you have the battery in the way.

replacing headlights

I would rather remove air box top/air filter or the battery than take a chance removing the grill and the headlight assembly. I ve changed right and left side bulbs without removing the entire headlight assembly.

Can i replace the Blub without taking the headlight out of the Trailblazer 2006

Don't know what a blub is, but I bet if you replace it, the muffler bearings will start wearing out. :crackup:

I was able to change the headlight on the passenger side without taking anything out at all other than the skirt. It was a little tight, but I didn't have any issues.

I did the drivers side low beam without taking the battery out it was a tight but possible.
