Hey All,

I have a 2006 Saab 9-7x with HID headlights. Lately the passenger side low beam has been giving me problems. I have had the ballast go out, about 6 months ago, which has been replaced at that time. The access cover is missing though, which I believe is letting moisture in shorting out the ballast on the HID. Anyone know where i can find a replacement cover, without dropping $300-$400 on a whole headlight assembly?

I would go to a salvage yard and get one unless they are asking for close to the same cost. Otherwise go to a custom shop and get a set for $70-$80 made by some brand nobody has ever heard of. It's not like it's a common failing part as long as it meets dot standards who really cares if it's factory or not
