Hey guys and gals. The other day, I was cleaning my car, wiping down the dashboard, and I wiped all the way down to the "Sunlight" sensor, and it sounded like I knocked it down into the dash. Later on that evening, I noticed that my Guage Cluster/ Instrument Panel lights were'nt working. I figured that if the sensor did not detect sunlight, the lights would be on all the time, but they were'nt. So I checked the fuses, and was unsuccessful in getting the lights to come back on. What I would like to do is avoid having to remove the dash to repair the sensor. Does anyone know a way to bypass the sensor to have the lights on day or night with the car running? Does the "Sunlight" sensor have a fuse? I checked the instrument panel fuse, but could'nt find a fuse for the sensor. Could I have possibly missed it?
