I just got back from Great Lakes Dragaway and am very happy with the results.
My first run was a 14.981 @ 94.32. I tried launching from idle. 60' = 2.216
My second run was 14.455 @ 97.34. I launched from about 1000 RPM. 60' = 2.204
My thrid and final run was 14.031 @ 98.86. I launched from about 1800 RPM. 60' = 2.107
My truck is still completely stock, yet I managed to destroy my previous personal best of 14.6 @ 94. I guess I was able to take advatage of the cool weather and a long cool down in the staging lanes while they cleaned up what seemed like the 1,000,000th breakdown of the day.
I also met up with RossiSS who said he also ran a new personal best. He has one hell of a nice truck. I was impressed. He's also a great guy to talk and share information with... he's not afraid to show you what he's done. If you ever have a chance to meet him, don't hesitate.
