Well I didn't know that a GPS keeps a log of your top speed and... my parents found out that my top speed was 96. They are P.I.S.S.E.D. So I'm dead.:sadcry:

96 on a dirt road is still amazing, did you even felt you might loose control. Were you going to have a test, field trip, or some'n? I stopped caring in being late for school after being stopped by the highway patrol and just given a warning...

It's a smooth dirt road. Nothing rough.

I had a huge English exam that morning.Which I made an A on. Thank you very much.

Cops don't ever go down that road either. So I wasn't going to get stopped

That's the same top speed that's on my GPS right now... except in KM/H (155)... pretty nuts for a dirt road IMHO... Glad you didn't wipe!

This thread is full of win! :rotfl:

My dad actually didn't really care that I hit 96. He was kinda mad that I did it on the dirt road.

My mom ,on the other hand, is not a forgetful person.
:sadcry: Which sucks ass. :sadcry:

Time will tell... So long as nobody got hurt and promised your folks that you wouldn't do it again...

I'd say lesson learned.

Wait - is it yours or theirs?!

Do all garmins do this? If so How Do I delete my speed data? May be some high numbers in there, even though my parents don't even know how to turn a computer on let alone a gps system :excited::crackup:
