Has anyone heard or seen of any corrosion on the plug to the fuel pump? What about broken or loose wires that might affect the fuel guage. I spoke to the dealer today, they have ruled out the fuel pressure sensor as well as the ICP. I put on a new feul sender this weekend and still having trouble with the fuel guage. I didn't think to examine the wires even after I saw how dirty the top of the fuel pump was. It only wants to read empty (full tank) or up to 1/4 as the fuel level drops. Resistance issue?

member on here had issues like you.
he replaced the fuel level sender- and still had the issue.
So he then replaced the stepper motor for the fuel indicator in the dash cluster. and that fixed his problem.
he made a thread with a HOW TO replace the stepper motor.

Recall

I believe there was a recall on these models sold in the north east due to heavy salting and brining of the roads. :m2:
