I have been experiencing front end noise on my 03 LTZ with 119,000 miles. When going over bumps its like my front end "shakes a little". While rotaing my tires, i noticed that both tires on the front have more wear on the inside than the outside. I noticed there are no grease fittings on the front suspension parts along time ago and have replaced nothing on the suspension. Is this an allignment problem or is it time to start replacing parts?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

look at your outer tie rods and your sway bar end links. common on these vehicles. you should probably consider the rear sway bar end links as well.

And definitely get an alignment regularly.

Never changed shocks at that mileage? Inconceivable! It's time to put in new ones. You will not believe the performance vehicle in there just waiting to come back out and play!
