Any type of transmitter i use for my ipod, i still get static no matter where. in some places, i get it less, but jw. whats the best place to put the transmitter where i can get the best signal with no static?

Ha, good Luck, I always get static with mine, I really need to upgrade to a new HU with a Aux input!:duh:

I had 3 different ones, don't waste your time, money or your ears. Just spend the money and get the direct hook up.

i had mine for a year and its was about as good as the radio. now its worse and am wishing i spent the money of a direct hook up.

yeah, just drop the coin. you'll get static with any fm transmitter.

if its an ipod use the isimple.

I second the iSimple gateway. Just installed it. 2 of 5 on the difficulty scale. I found it easier to use the aux headphone jack input rather than the ipod interface to control it though.

yea it is an ipod. I'll look into the isimple. so i'm assuming its easy to install?

yea its easy....but i'm almost positive the iSimple only works with 03'+ not the 02'. but look into it best way to hook up an ipod.

i just checked box, will fit 03' and 04' bravada not 02'.
