Well I was checking out exhausts for the I6 TV and had alot of sound clips from different links. Decided to make this thread for anyone out there who wanted to change their exhaust system and see what it sounds like. Sorry, dont have any other info other than the brand and that its on the I6 TV Credit goes to those who put out their exhaust sound clips online and feel free to contribute

I got the set through magna flow from the cat back, the guy I went to was going to order the set, I think it runs like 750 or so for the dual set, he was able to buy the muffler and bend the pipes himself from the diagrams and then cut them out behind the rear wheels for me instead of straight out of the back, I think it is a cleaner look, I can get you a picture of it if you want, and it sounds real nice. I went from a 4.6 V8 with dual big burtha 40 series flowmasters and needed a deep tone out of the TB. The nice thing about magnaflow is that if its idle its not rumbling way to loud so it doesnt wake my neighbors if i use the remote start in the winter, but it sounds good on the open road

I figured I'd another one for the 40 Series group up there...even though there's already one of mine listed. Great job on the thread dude...lots of nice work. As far as my muffler goes, I love it to death. The only thing I'd change about it would be the resonance at around 2000 RPM...It's nice 90% of the time but sometimes it's a little intrusive. Next time I need a muffler, I'll prolly stick with the 40 Series, but I may go with the Delta 40, or the Ultra 40...or Super 40...whatever it is. It's designed for newer EFI engines, and it's engineered to cut down on the resonance a bit. Anyway, here's the clip.

How did you get your engine to rev like that? The only way i can do that is by putting the engine on a case relearn with HPtuners

awesome stuff...i have been looking for something like this forever since i have been wanting to add exhaust but could not decide which i would like best.

Don't you all think it would be better to get exhaust before gettin the car tuned?

I learned it from someone else on here, I forgot who...it might have been glue, but who know's. Anyway, I assume no responsibility for what you may do trying this. You start the car, and put it in reverse, and then very slowly put it into park, and just when you feel the driveline disengage, and the light for reverse goes out, you can rev away. Now, like I said, I'll take no responsibility for you craming into the car behind you in traffic trying to rev up to the car next to you at a red light. Good luck.
