Does a Launch Creator 319 code reader recognize the SEA J1850 VPW protocol?

Does any one know if the Launch Creader 319 recognize the SAE J1850 VPW protocol?

Thanks. I found an owners manual online for the code reader. It says that the Launch Creader 319 is compatible with sae j1850 vpw, however mine will not connect with my 2005 GMC Envoy. I have 2 other vehicles and it works on both of them and I've tried 3 other readers of my friends and they all work fine. Seems these readers can be a bit fickle.

Check Fuse #13 in the underhood electrical center. It might be blown.
