With the AC running the driver's side is about 10 degrees warmer than the passenger. If I turn it to hot I get full hot temp but the volume of air through the dash vents drops dramatically. I replaced the driver's side blend door actuator last fall with an AC Delco part and reset the HVAC system. The weather was getting cooler so I didn't think anything of it until I turned on the AC again this weekend.

Could be the head unit? Anyway to test it?

I need to replace the evaporator core so now would be a great time to replace anything else under the dash that would be causing this.
