Here is a picture our two of my 06 TB.. just got it a couple months ago, and found this site and got the Mod Bug!

I took the Whole air bag out.

The Bolts are Hidden on bottom side of air bag in glove box, one on each side i had to take radio out to get a wrench on one side then the other i could access from taking dash end cap off when the door is open... i used duplicolor auto body paint and like 5 coats of clear.
