Fishing line. put it behind the emblem wiggle up and down back and forth. itll come right off.
The glue is the hard part. Taking the adhesive off will be very time consuming. You wanna get something like goo gone, goof off, bug and tar remover, or even WD-40. Spary it on the adhesive rub it in with a towel, then take a dry part of the towel and as hard as you can scrub the **** out of it. Rinse and repeat about 500 times and your done!
Then of coruse wax it to get rid of the little marks left behind
Ideally a heat gun and fishing line (dental floss seems like it would break too easily, both TBs of mine have badges that arent easy to get off even when heated).
Chisel and hammer, good idea but bad implementation haha! :bonk:
A good hair dryer and a plastic putty knife works well too, and an old expired credit card (to scrap off goo when the pieces are off). Be careful with the CHEVROLET emblem, its fragile. Also 3m adhesive remover and Bug, Tar, and Tree sap remover work wonders for clean up.
