one of the aftermarket idler pulleys- can be used without the washer.
Im pretty sure its the Dayco one.
Sounds weird to put it on without the washer- but the bearing is sealed and does not need the washer

ltheres a part # out there that does not require the washer
I installed one with out the washer... no problems...
