Received my scanner, Innova 3160, yesterday and found an ABS code hanging in the wings. B2530: "Left rear turn lamp circuit short to battery." It never set a CEL. I think this goes back to the bad circuit boards that I had replaced in '04. Now if I can just get it to give me Tranny Fluid Temp I will be happy. ;)

I didnt know the Innova could read ABS codes....can it get into the BCM?:undecided

Also, was the B2530 active or stored?
The new 3160 can read ABS and as far as the BCM I do not know. I am on a learing curve.
The fog lamp thing is for some of the small chev's. And it was a stored code. The items I wanted it to do was the live data & freeze frame. Tranny temp. would be nice.
