A little while back my rear fan for the heat/AC quit working from both the center console rotary switch and the rear controls. Just yesterday the front fan started acting up. It comes on and revs up and down and eventually steadis out at the speed shown on the console. If I turn the fan down it will not go back up unless I restart the vehicle. Checked what I think are all the fuses (couldn't they make the fuse listing a little more detailed in the manual?) and they are all OK. I'd appreciate any help. Thanks, Scott

The front fan issue is most likely a bad blower control module. You can either repair or replace the module. The module is located next to the blower motor behind the glove box on the passenger side. Look here for details:

The rear fan issue is either: blown fuse, bad blower motor, or bad rear blower control module. The blower motor and module for the rear system are located in the passenger side far rear panel. Look here for details:
