they flash because DRLs run at a lower voltage, not high enough for the HID ballasts, so they start to flicker. You have a couple options here..get DRL relays from Vled.com, DRLkiller from tblazed, or even the capacitor mod. the relay and capacitor mod just basically gives full voltage full time. the DRL killer just kills the lights and still keep the automatic function.

You need DRL killer

Did you put one in? If not, you're gonna burn 'em out. I found out the hard way. And pushing that button three times, EVERY time, is for the birds!

You know whats funny...
I got my kit from VVME and on the specs sheet that came with my kit, it said input voltage 8-14v... I have had mine in for a couple of months now and my drls work fine... I might be just asking for trouble...(gonna get the DRL killer soon)...
