Hi,

My dad is looking for a stereo solution for his '08 Trailblazer w/Onstar. I just replaced my factory in my '03 Envoy with a nice JVC and he wants to now replace his with a stereo with cassette. That's really the only important feature he wants, he doesn't need Ipod or BlueTooth hookup, just a CD/Cassette combo. The only doubledin Crutchfield carries is out of stock and may not come back. Does anyone have any suggestions of a good radio that fits his needs and an economical place to buy?

why not get a factory head unit for cheap?

You can find em in the $50 range fairly regularly. Sometimes less.

ebay/craigslist/forum_classifieds should all have em.


But if you want mine, I'll do it for $50 if you pay shipping. It's a single cd + casette, everything works.... Non-bose.

I would be willing to buy that, I suggested that to my dad and he would be willing since he doesn't need anything fancy, he just really wants that cassette player.
