2002 Envoy. Before I break anything. How the heck do I get the lens off to replace the bulb on the under hood light. Also, I assuming this is supposed to light up when I put the hood up right? Just like my old 88 S-10 Blazer?

It doesn't light up like it supposed to so I assuming it's a bad bulb. Any other suggestions if this isn't the problem?
