If you will search the threads, you will discover that this is a COMMON problem with the TrailVoy platform.
Solutions are changing brake fluid to new DOT 3 premium (not DOT 4-5 -- incompatible with our system!), new brake pads and rotors, and utilizing the ABS brake-bleeding routine through the brake PCM module. Additionally, if you have a lot of miles, it may be time to change out the rubber brake hoses for new. They can get stretchy over time.
After all of that, you will have adequate brakes, but you'll never get the old solid pedal feel that you've come to expect from a decent brake job -- the design of the anti-lock system just won't allow it.
