Bought about a month ago and the brake pedal was very spongey - I would depress it 75% until the brakes started to work.

Pads and Rotors were at 40% life, so we turned rotors and bought new pads for the front because they were getting low.

We changed the brake fluid (old was dark green/black) and bled the entire system and still felt like air was stuck somewhere in the lines.

Same issue, brake pedal would have to be pressed 75% until vehicle would start to brake.

Then we changed the master cylinder (bench bled then installed) then bled the vehicle.

STILL SAME RESULTS! :duh:

Can anyone help identify next step(s)?
Thanks!
