I have a 2002 Trailblazer, luckly havnt had any issues with it till now, but the heater controls dont work on the 1 setting or 5. They only work on 2 3 4. I have replaced the unit itself, and checked fuses. Any other Ideas?

What unit? The entire control module? Welcome to trailvoy, but I wish you had found us earlier. It's the blower resistor module. Guaranteed. Cheap easy fix.

Yeah, the unit in the dash. I bought one on the ebay so the price wasnt to bad. Thanks for the info. I will try that. You wouldnt happen to know anything about the 4wheel drive switch? My 02 wont switch into 4hi, or anything. Dont use it but in the winter. Usualy you can hear the unit switch over an see the light in the switch work. Now I got Nothing! Thats my next challange.

Seriously, that system is my #1 specialty. :yes: Search in the 4X4 drivetrain forum about TCCM problems. You may have one that just fails to wake up, and you need a dealer reflash.
