Fronts are the same and rears are different IIRC. Either way, one is the same and the other is different.

Sorry, front rotors are slightly bigger than the SWB models.

I think it is something like 12.2in vs 12.0in rotors, its not very much IIRC. Probably not worth it to try a swap, just get some better rotors and pads for your brakes now and be fine. With a different size rotor, the calipers are different, so it could be expensive to do for not much increase in performance. The rotors/pads are the better thing to do.
