Ok, so I took the Trailblazer in for a routine inspection. They could not get a connection to the computer for the emissions test. Everything on the vehicle works fine. I tried to connect an OBDII and it wont interface with the vehicle either. The mechanic doing the inspection said he thought there was a fuse or link someware but he couldn't find anything wrong. Any Ideas???

There is a fuse, it also powers one (or more) of the 12 volt outlets.

Sorry, don't have my manuals with me. But, I'd start looking in the under the rear set fuse panel.
