I am looking to straight swap out the 3.42 to a 4.10 differential on my 2005 TBZ LS.. my question is what else do i need besides the front and rear differential from the 4.10?

I think that may be it.

Your speedometer and odometer will be a good deal off and I think that cannot be corrected on the early models, not certain about the 2005 model year.

Thanks for the reply. That makes it more simple. Will I need the drive shaft from the 4.10 or can I just use the one I have?

I cannot say that I know, but looking at fitment details at one of the gm online parts sites it appears there is no difference from one ratio to another as long as the ring gear sizes are a match.
