Heard this small inlet making noise today while wrenching under the hood on my TB. It is near the air resonator, circled in red on the photo. While the engine is running, you can hear quite loudly air hissing into it. If i plug it with my thumb, the engine dies. What is this inlet for? Is there supposed to be a hose or something attached? I had the air resonator off today, did I accidentally unhook something?

Did some more research. Apparently there's supposed to be a little rubber cap on that port that I must've knocked off when I was fumbling around with the resonator. Found a suitable rubber vacuum cap and hose clamp at my local O'Reilly's and capped it off. Apparently this vacuum port is only used on EXT models, so other models have it capped off.
