First start of the day- it starts right up. Subsequent starts- it cranks and may stumble a little but won’t start until you shut off the key and try a second time. Then it immediately starts right up and runs fine. I do have a check engine light which has been on forever. So...not sure if it’s throwing any new codes.
The car acted similarly a year ago so I threw in a new Delphi fuel pump and it cured the issue. Hard to believe it would be doing it again. Any thoughts?

Have you inspected/tested the fuel pressure regulator?

No, that’s a good idea. I’ll YouTube it or maybe just have my local shop check it. I can fix stuff like that but the test equipment is something I lack.

Just as an FYI. Autozone, O'Reilly, and Advance all have loaner tool programs and a fuel pressure gauge is one of those tools.
