Also I noticed that the RPMs drop 60-80 when this occurs, not raise. Usually occurs with a slight grade increase or load increase.

Update: I changed the plugs on a whim with 41-103’s and also re-cleaned the throttle body and really payed attention to getting it extra clean. I took a short test drive and seems to be acting much better. I will have to put some miles under it to know for sure. I appreciate everyone’s advice and input.

Make sure you leave that valve in. It's technically an upgrade and will get you some better reliability.
