Maybe a bad ground hot wire to starter?
Like maybe it got pulled a little to hard while trying to remove intake manifold through my wiring harness? How would i test this with out undoing all the work i just did to see the wires coming off the starter? Because that starter is in a hard to reach place my hands barely fit in that area with everything bolted back up

Do you have power to the "S" terminal of the starter motor when the key is turned to "Crank"?
