02 rear blower issue Will not turn on when Tb is running

Hi all

I have search the threads for the answer to my question and see other have had the issues but was not able to find the answer.

I hoping someone can help becuase my dealer can not. Rear blower will run with the key is in the on postion, but shuts down immediately when the engine is started. I have run the blower at length with the engine off and with the front selector in R or 3. As soon as start the TB the rear blower shuts down in a second or two.
