    I have a 2004 Trailblazer. The high beams light up in the "Flash to pass" mode but do not turn on in the permanent mode. I had it serviced at the dealership when I first bought it and it lasted about 6 months, now it is doing the same thing. Any suggestions how to repair the problem myself?
